This internship provides students with the knowledge and skills they have gained in their theoretical and laboratory courses, to enable them to apply the knowledge and skills to the field of real work, to learn methods appropriate to the scientific principles in the system of collective nutrition and to remove the residuals from the purchase of nutrients. To other institutions and organizations that Hacettepe University and/or Department Presidency considers appropriate. The internship is conducted under the supervision of instructors. There is no requirement to have a responsible dietitian for this internship. This internship covers a period (fall or spring) not less than 196 hours.
