This course is based on the understanding of the behavior of individuals in the institution to the students. 

In this respect, the perception, attitude, beliefs and values of the individual reflect on the behavior, the psychological processes of the individual directing the behaviors within the group and the understanding of directing all these behaviors correctly. It also aims to systematically examine the scope, main elements, major techniques and processes used, the changes in them, the current theory and research findings, based on the definitions of the organizations and the employees who play the role of “manager” in contemporary organizational structures. In this review, The structure and functioning of the environment (organization) in which the management work is performed and the basics and processes used in the management work will be taken as a basis.
