Food and beverage operations in hotels and restaurants, and pricing, warehouse management, franchise issuance, commercial kitchen and service in hotel restaurants and private businesses. Students will have facilities to analyze budgeting and cost controls in all aspects of food and beverage business. All participating students will be expected to have the knowledge and skills to use the administrative computer needed for catering businesses.
