Cyprus West University held a conference titled "THE GRAND NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AND NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY" on April 26th, 2023, at the conference hall in collaboration with T.C. Atatürk Cultural, Language, and History Institution. The event began with a warm welcome speech from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan CİCİOĞLU, followed by an opening video emphasizing the importance of T.C. Atatürk Cultural, Language, and History Institution.

The President of T.C. Atatürk Cultural, Language, and History Institution, Prof. Dr. Yüksel ÖZGEN, delivered an insightful speech that established the tone of the conference. Renowned faculty members from Marmara University and Cyprus West University, members of the Atatürk Research Center Science Board, Prof. Dr. Ali SATAN and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan CİCİOĞLU, presented the conference's topic in detail.

The Vice Rector Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeka MZAHAR, the Secretary General Aydın BOZKURT, Faculty Members, Administrative staff, and students attended the conference. The attendees actively engaged in discussions on the importance of national sovereignty and the Great National Assembly.

The conference was successfully completed, and the attendees left with a better understanding of national sovereignty and its significance. The efforts of Cyprus West University and T.C.
