In order  to get official acceptance letter you  must pay your first semester tuition fee.

Application Tracking System is a system to track your application and to know about the admission status, approved program, and scholarship percentage.

After completing applying online you will get a pincode in an email and SMS. You will use your email address, which you used for applying and Pincode to log in through this link; https://sis.cwu.edu.tr/ogrenciler/applicationform/login/ln/en

 

If you cannot access your pincode, please send an email to admission@cwu.edu.tr

The Admission Committee will review your application, then the admission decision will be in the system in 2 working days, and the Conditional Acceptance Letter will be available in the system the following day.

You need to complete your tuition fee payment to get an official acceptance letter.

There are two ways of making the payment:

 

1- Online Payment: by using a credit or debit card. First, you must log in to your Application Tracking System, then click on the financial section, then choose Online Payment.

 

2- Bank Transfer: by using the university bank information provided in your conditional letter to transfer the fees from a bank.

 

After paying either by using Online Payment or Bank Transfer, you need to send the receipt to financial.affairs@cwu.edu.tr

Depending on your country, you may require a visa to enter North Cyprus, as stipulated by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs http://www.mfa.gov.tr/visa-information-for-foreigners.en.mfa. Therefore, it is advisable to go through their website (link provided) and find out if your country is included in a visa.

After having an official acceptance letter your information will be sent to the embassy and a confirmation letter will be uploaded to your application tracking system. Then you can make an appointment and complete your visa procedure.

University’s programs are in the English Language, if the student hasn’t met the Following English Level requirements, he/she will be required to take the English Proficiency Exam.

The prospective student must upload his/her flight ticket 3 days before their flight to pick up the form on the application tracking system.

The cost of living in North Cyprus will depend on the students’ standard of living, but it is around $250 – $400 per month (excluding tuition fees, textbooks, and accommodation).

Yes, as participation is exclusive to prospective students. Orientation days are going to start with a greeting from the airport and registration to school. A campus tour and a welcome party will follow it. After that, it’s organized to have toured across the whole country. Starting from The Karpaz peninsula to Kyrenia, Nicosia, and lastly Famagusta where our university is located.

If you get your student permit in the Fall semester it is for two semesters and if you register in the Spring semester it is for one semester.
