Mission:
Our mission is to develop the civil Aviation management department in accord with the developments in the aviation sector, educating and training our students to become very well qualified staff equipped with the most up-to-date knowledge and extensive qualifications so that they can serve in the most effective way to the sector and their society.
Vision:
To be the best aviation department in Mediterranean area and the world by providing aviation knowledge in a sustainable manner and becoming the first department which meets the needs of aviation industry inside the island of north Cyprus.

Due to the development in Aviation industry and the requests for using rapid transportation system by people for traveling and shipping the goods, this industry has potential to fulfill huge part of these requests. With rising in the number of the airports, development of existing airports to increase their capacities to meet increasing passenger demand and the growing number of new airlines companies in global the need for more specialized and trained people in the aviation industry has been pronounced.
Therefore, educational institutes and universities has essential role in training of students to make them ready to serve people in aviation industry as well as society. In this regard, Cyprus West University has provided Civil Aviation program in a friendly environment as an opportunity for those students who are interested to study in this filed which respectively fulfills the needs for professionals in aviation industry.

Thus, Cyprus West University was born, igniting a beacon of enlightenment in the heart of the Mediterranean, where academic excellence knows no bounds.
